The place was perfectly clean, I booked the deluxe twin room with street views, everything was high quality. I was there for 3 nights and ate at authentic restaurant for dinner.

No complaint, comfortable stay for a most pleasant & Beautiful vacation. Fairly clean place with very amiable and extremely polite staff and excellent view of old town.

Staying here was a luxurious experience. The complimentary minibar and extensive breakfast options made mornings good. The proximity to the Duomo and charming staff who catered to our needs were standout features. Despite a minor oversight with room size expectations, everything else exceeded my hopes for an enjoyable stay. I would gladly return.
